At Dominion Spring International School, we believe learning goes beyond the classroom. Excursions help children see, explore, and understand the real world around them. They build confidence, improve social interaction, encourage curiosity, and create joyful memories that stay with children for years. Educational trips also help pupils connect classroom lessons with real-life experiences in fun and exciting ways.
Our pupils embark on excursions ONCE every TWO YEARS, alternating with our exciting interhouse sports competitions. Recently, DSIS pupils visited places such as Millennium Plastics Industry, Awka, Wonderland Awka, Mariam Babangida Park, Asaba, and Vin Villan Amusement Park, Asaba. During these visits, the children explored beautiful environments, observed machines and production activities, enjoyed fun rides, played educational games, and learned new things outside the classroom.
At the amusement parks, pupils enjoyed activities such as bouncing castles, merry-go-rounds, slides, swings, train rides, and other exciting attractions commonly found in recreational parks. The trips also gave them opportunities to relax, laugh, interact with friends, and build confidence in a safe and supervised environment.
Teachers and pupils also take memorable photographs during every excursion to preserve the beautiful moments shared together. These excursions are part of the wonderful experiences your child will enjoy at Dominion Spring International School as we combine learning, discovery, creativity, and fun in raising future-ready children.
