First of all I want to give all the glory to the Lord Almighty who made the vision of this school a reality and is not allowing me to give up.
It all started many years ago when I conceived the idea of starting up a school. I saw daily the decay and degeneration in the quality and standard of the education system, being a stakeholder myself I had this passion burning in me to make a difference: to bring about a transformation in the education system, by contributing my own quota through my vast experience and God given skills and resources for the benefit of our children.
2009 – Foundation
Dominion Spring International School was established. We began as a fully Government Approved School. It was not easy but God was behind the project and made divine provisions. He made available No. 10 Awkuzu Street Onitsha, Anambra, as the venue from where the dream would start off. And start off it did, and since then it has gone on gradually growing from strength to strength.
2010 – Sprouting
Dominion Spring International School began with all the pre-foundation classes (Play Group- PG, Preparatory- PP and Creche), and Basic 1 class, with a total strength of about sixty pupils and twelve members of staff.
2011 – The Push
We were able to procure our first school bus in 2011.
We also produced the maiden edition of our school magazine: THE TENDRILS
2013 – The Push
Another school bus was added in 2013 to meet growing needs.
2022 – Seasons
Won the Most Predictable School for Proficiency in Literary Accomplishments at 'Let it Shine Award Ceremony'.
2023 – The Flood
Won the Best Chandelle Teacher of the Year.
Won Top 10 Elite Olympian School of the Year organized by Chandelle Olympian Academy, USA.
Today, we celebrate our growth, our graduations, and the strong foundation we continue to build—raising children who will shape the future with excellence and character.
